To fully refill the diffuser, pour in the entire bottle (18ml refill) or 1/3 (54ml refill)
Gradually pour the liquid onto the wool pads using the dropper, wait a few moments for the pads to soak.
We work with 100% natural materials that gradually degrade when they come into contact with oils.
As soon as the pads turn dark brown, you need to change the wool felts! (After 3 to 4 complete refills)

As soon as the wicks turn dark brown, the felt pads need to be changed! (After 3 to 4 full refills)

Unscrew the diffuser head.
Pour the entire Neutraliz refill (18ml) into the bottle, then fill with water up to the line (approx. 300ml).
To close, press down the diffuser head. Then turn the head half a turn.
