We ship to metropolitan France, French Overseas Territories (Réunion, Mayotte, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana), Belgium, Switzerland, and Luxembourg.
● What are the delivery times?
The delivery times depend on your place of residence. Our products are shipped within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.
Delivery times then vary according to your country:
Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 business days
Belgium: 5 to 7 business days
Switzerland: 5 to 7 business days
Overseas Territories: 7 to 14 business days
Your items are shipped from a logistics center located in La Flèche, France.
● How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs between 3.90 euros and 7.90 euros for all orders with a total purchase amount under 69 euros. For all orders over 69 euros, shipping is free to a relay point.
- Belgium, Luxembourg: shipping costs between 4.90 and 12.00 euros
- Switzerland: shipping costs 11.90 euros
- Overseas Territories: shipping costs 11.90 euros
● Exchanges and returns
If you are not satisfied with your items, you have a 30-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt of your package. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. If this is the case, please contact us at the following address:

However, if your items have a manufacturing defect or an anomaly unrelated to misuse, we will exchange or refund them.
Please note: as we sell wellness/cosmetic products, for hygiene reasons, we cannot refund products that have already been opened or used.

● Customs duties
Depending on your place of residence, customs duties may be requested by your delivery person and are in no way under our control.
● Additional order fees
Some banks charge additional fees for your online purchases. Ranging from a few cents to €5, these fees are proportional to the amount of your order and are beyond our control. When you place an order on our site, we only receive the amount indicated at the time of payment.
