How does it work?
To use the Neutraliz replacement pads, follow these simple steps:
1. Open your diffuser
2. Remove the old, used pads
3. Insert the new wool pads provided in the kit
4. Close the diffuser

How to use it?
Simply open the diffuser for the active molecules to be released into the air and neutralize odors within 30 minutes.
It is optimized for rooms up to 30 m² and diffuses for 8 weeks with moderate use (3 to 4 hours per day) and 6 weeks with intensive use (24 hours).
If the area to be covered exceeds 30m², use multiple diffusers. If the area is less than 6m², opt for the Neutraliz Essentiel.
Why and when should you change your tampons?
We recommend changing the pads in your Neutraliz diffuser:
🕒 When the odor neutralizing effectiveness diminishes (approximately every 3 to 4 full refills)
